Returns & Exchanges

At Moss & Fawn, we want you to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain personal care and feeding products must be unopened to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
